Ventura Counseling & Wellness Center is hosting:
Intro to Kundalini Yoga & Meditation for Stress Management.
Kundalini Yoga uses breath, movement, mantra, sound and deep relaxation to help our mind, body and spirit remember how to come back into wholeness, therefore working to reduce stress & anxiety while simultaneously boosting our energy and over-all wellbeing.
This workshop will be taught by one of our VCWC therapists, Amy Therrien, MA, MFTI. She has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2008.
